On the race for better service and aiming at taking the largest share of the market. AT&T will now be serving 4G LTE to 14 more cities in the untied states making then the largest 4g LTE provider.
AT&T has expanded its 4G LTE coverage to 14 more markets.
Announced Wednesday, the cities included in the latest surge are:
- Fairbanks metro area, Alaska
- Galesburg, Ill.
- Macomb, Ill.
- Peoria, Ill.
- Des Moines, Iowa
- Madisonville, Ky.
- Maysville, Ky.
- Cumberland, Md.
- St. Cloud, Minn.
- St. Joseph, Mo.
- Roanoke Rapids, N.C.
- Gettysburg, Pa.
- Big Spring, Texas
- Winchester, Va.
AT&T’s 4G LTE network now is available in 461 cities, covering almost 250 million people. The company plans to reach 270 million people with LTE by the end this year and 300 million by the end of 2014.
